Nugal Electric Co-operative NEC is a Public/private Company based in Garowe, the capital city of Puntland State in Somalia.
NEC provides power energy, and is formerly known as Nugal Electrical Power Agency NEPA established in 1971.

Currently NEC is the most reliable electric power supply enterprise in whole Somalia, after the destruction of the National Electric Company in Mogadishu (Somalia).
